How the readiness score works
Every lead carries a score from 0 to 100, built only from signals in the public record. Here is what moves it, and why each one matters to a roaster.

| GST registered | +30 | Registering for GST on day one points to a business expecting real turnover — a café that means to trade, not a placeholder. |
| Company structure | +15 | A company, rather than a bare sole trader, usually means a larger set-up and a bigger first order. |
| Live website | +15 | A site already up means they are actively fitting out and open to suppliers now. |
| Serial operator | flag | The same owner holding several names is an expanding operator — the highest-value roaster customer you can reach. |

Questions
Which venues count as hospitality?
Cafés, restaurants, bars, pubs, bakeries, caterers and food trucks — anywhere that serves food or drink to the public. Cleaning, consulting and equipment-hire names that happen to mention food are filtered out.
Can I filter to one state?
Yes. Pick any set of states at checkout, or leave it national. Every table and count is filtered to your selection.
Where does the data come from?
The ASIC Business Names register and the ASIC Company dataset, both published weekly as Australian Government open data, enriched with the Australian Business Register. We use it under CC BY 3.0 AU. We are not affiliated with ASIC or any government body.
How fresh is it?
The registers drop weekly. A new business appears in your briefing within days to a week of registering. We never claim a same-day feed we cannot deliver.
Do you include phone numbers or emails?
No. A business registered last week has no published contact details, and no provider can honestly supply them. Sole-trader details are personal information under the Privacy Act. We sell timing and curation, not a scraped contact list.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your Stripe portal. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee.
