1. What we collect

We collect your email address when you subscribe to JustRegistered. We also collect your name if you provide it during checkout.

2. How we use it

Your email is used solely to send you the weekly new-business briefing you subscribed to. We do not sell, share, or rent your email to any third party.

3. Business listing information

JustRegistered is built on Australian and New Zealand government business registers, used under the applicable Creative Commons Attribution licences. Contact details come from businesses’ own public websites, verified where possible.

Because a business listing can identify a person — a sole trader, a trustee, a named partner — we treat listing information as personal information and handle it under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. In general terms: we collect business names, registration details, locations and contact points that have already been published by the business or by a register; we use them to produce the briefings we sell; we do not sell or rent them; and we do not publish any personal detail a business has not published itself. We do not collect a sole trader’s home address or personal mobile number, and we do not publish one.

4. Corrections and removals

If a listing about you or your business is wrong, or you would rather it was not in our product at all, use our removal form or email support@justregistered.com.au. We action removal requests within 48 hours and the listing stops appearing in briefings from that point. You do not need to give a reason.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for site functionality. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also email us at support@justregistered.com.au to request deletion of your data.
