Who we are

What we collect from subscribers

  • Your email address, for delivery and account contact.
  • Your company name, which appears on the cover of your briefing.
  • Your chosen categories and states, which shape what you receive.
  • Billing details, held by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

The email list

Free-edition emails are managed through our list provider. Your address goes to that list to send the free edition and nowhere else. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. Because we set no tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner anywhere on this site.

Business register data

The listings in our briefings come from public Australian Government registers, used under CC BY 3.0 AU. Where a listing concerns a sole trader, we treat it as personal information and never attach scraped contact details to it. If you run a listed business and would rather not appear, use the removal form and we will suppress it across the product within a month.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the service: Stripe for billing, our email provider for delivery, and our hosting and analytics providers. Each handles data under its own terms.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@justregistered.com.au and we will respond. If you are unhappy with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Retention

We keep subscriber data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and audit purposes, then delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell subscribers by email.
