Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and JustRegistered, ABN 51 388 454 681, of Melbourne, Australia. By subscribing you agree to them.

What you get

A weekly briefing for the categories and states you choose, at the tier you pay for. Features by tier are described on the pricing page. We may improve the product over time; we will not remove a core feature of your tier without notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in Australian dollars, with GST added at checkout. You receive a tax invoice with our ABN after each payment. The price you join at is the price you keep for as long as your subscription runs without a break.

Cancelling and pausing

You can cancel any time from your Stripe portal. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can also pause for up to three months. We do not give partial refunds for a period already started, because you keep access to the end of it.

The data, and how you may use it

The listings come from public Australian Government registers, used under CC BY 3.0 AU. We classify and score them, but we do not warrant that every record is accurate or complete, and the data is provided as is. You may use it to contact businesses lawfully, in line with the Spam Act and the Privacy Act. You may not resell or redistribute the briefings, or use them to build a competing list product.

Acceptable use

Do not use JustRegistered to send unlawful or misleading messages, or to contact anyone who has opted out. We may suspend an account that does.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact
